You'll own the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order entry and confirmation through to shipment and invoicing, ensuring distributors receive accurate, timely, and compliant service. 🔧 What You’ll Take On In your role, you will: * Execute the full distributor order fulfilment cycle: order intake, entry, confirmation, weekly reporting, shipment creation, and handover to invoicing. * Serve as the primary point of contact for a network of French-speaking distributors, managing day-to-day communications and order queries. * Manage our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations remotely, ensuring stock accuracy of 99%+ between the 3PL and QAD ERP system. * Create, release and maintain sales orders; produce packing lists; and arrange shipments from the 3PL site to distributors. * Generate and distribute weekly order books to ViCentra distributors. * Coordinate with commercial, manufacturing, finance, quality, procurement, and carrier teams to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. * Monitor OTIF (On Time In Full) KPIs per distributor and drive continuous improvement. * P
