What You'll Do.
Pull merchandise from pick list
Move merchandise to staging area
Use handheld scanner to verify counts
Update merchandise locations
Work within digital initiatives
Carry out job functions as assigned
Support application of club policies

Deliver service excellence
Resolve and deescalate member concerns

Maintain clean and organized environment
Bin storage to organize orders
Clean and maintain storage bins
Access and read performance reporting
Process member purchases
Pick orders from sales floor
Verify merchandise with scanner
Communicate inventory problems
Communicate expired items
Communicate with club team for replenishment
Pull merchandise from reserve area
Ensure orders are picked timely
Meet productivity requirements
Meet deadlines and KPIs
Follow operational efficiencies
Adhere to SOP for BOPIC
Adhere to SOP for Curbside
Adhere to SOP for Ship from Club
Take responsibility for individual performance
Work with leadership on performance
Securely package orders
Perform general housekeeping duties
Remove trash and cardboard
Handle spoiled products
Process returns to club
Determine handling of returns
Maintain club policies and procedures
Adhere to proper dress code
