What You'll Do.
Pull merchandise from pick list
Move merchandise to staging area
Use handheld scanner to verify counts
Update merchandise locations
Work within digital initiatives
Carry out job functions
Support club policies
Ensure safe environment
Anticipate member needs
Appreciate member concerns
Resolve member concerns
Deescalate member concerns
Deliver GOLD club standards
Maintain clean environment
Organize member orders
Clean and maintain storage bins
Access production reporting
Read financial reporting
Process member purchases
Pick orders from sales floor
Communicate inventory problems
Communicate equipment problems
Communicate expired items
Communicate short-dated items
Communicate merchandise replenishment needs
Pull merchandise from reserve area
Pick orders in timely manner
Meet productivity requirements
Follow operational efficiencies
Take responsibility for performance
Work with leadership on performance
Securely package orders
Keep SFC area organized
Remove trash from work area
Remove cardboard from work area
Handle spoiled products
Process returns to club
Determine return handling method
Maintain club policies
Meet OMNI productivity expectations
Meet service level agreements
Meet performance metrics
Perform other duties as assigned
Work in other departments
Maintain club procedures
Attend work regularly
