Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision and 2-way written/verbal communication., Extensive use of computer and telephone, Work assigned shifts to cover department hours of 6: 30am - 5: 00pm, overtime may be required to meet business needs

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 years of related education/experience, 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or other relevant experience required, business math, read and interpret data and reports, MS Office and Google applications, query tools, database systems and applications, develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how they are used by clinicians, attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree preferred

What You'll Do.

Professionally handle incoming requests

inquiries and orders from customers

Process orders and changes in accordance with procedures

Stay current on Cadwell products and software

Provide backup assistance to receptionist as needed

Team & Collaboration

Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly; Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team

Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and writing skills
