2+ years' experience supporting Sales teams/organizations, Hands-on experience with sales tools, Working and supporting a Salesforce CRM for the organization, Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management and sales process optimization, communication skills with the ability to present business decisions for improvement, Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Experience with agile methodology, Strategic and critical thinking skills, Lead qualification familiarity, Data management skills for configuring insights to make decisions using data, Microsoft suite

What You'll Do.

Enter and manage advertising sales orders

Review order submissions for completeness

Partner closely with Sales

Ensure client campaign details are correct

Process changes to existing campaigns

Communicate directly with clients

Communicate proactively with sales teams

Support campaign launch readiness

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows

Maintain data integrity

Ensure compliance with company policies

Input and audit sports events

Quality control inventory for orders

Download/transfer electronic order files

Review and evaluate streaming orders

Enter notes on order lines

Enter complex streaming orders

Act as subject matter expert

Submit new client set up requests

Assist in processing advanced media orders

consistent and punctual attendance

Work nights and weekends

Partner closely with Sales and Sales Partners; Communicate directly with clients; Communicate proactively with sales teams; Support campaign launch readiness by coordinating with media planning, campaign management, ad operations, and fulfillment teams; Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
