Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward. **What will you do:** Order Entry Specialist's job is to accurately capture and process customer orders, ensuring information is complete and data is entered correctly into a database. They track order status from configuration and engineering release to sales order creation. Order entry is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders. Order entry job is to ensure that these orders are processed correctly and efficiently so that they can be fulfilled by the company that placed them. Order entry may also be tasked with tracking down information about specific orders—this might include contacting internal customers to get additional details or verifying specifics of each order. **How you will do it:** · Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date. · Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders (ECN or configuration) and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. · Process orders in a timely (SAP) and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations. · Monitor order status throughout the scheduling process and work with Capacity and Master scheduler to have a proper setup. · Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies. · Ma
