We’re looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistently follows through, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you will process customer orders accurately and efficiently while serving as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and warehouse/fulfillment teams. You’ll help ensure orders are entered, tracked, and resolved from receipt through delivery, while supporting smooth day-to-day coordination across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, proactively solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and logistics teams and play an important role in supporting the customer experience.
