Must Have
University degree or equivalent from technical or business area, Good knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Program Management, Operate effectively across Program Management, Production Planning, and Materials Planning, Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of planning activities, Ability to manage and balance cross-functional priorities in a dynamic operational environment, Fluent in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills, Good communication and negotiation skills, Good knowledge of process and procedure
Nice to Have
preferably in the electronics industry, Knowledge of international trade & VMI is preferred
What You'll Do.
Assure order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment
Drive improvements on order schedule improvements
Optimize function to best support department objectives
Operate across Program Management
and materials planning
Act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment
Oversee end-to-end order management processes
Ensure accuracy of order details and compliance with contractual terms
resolve discrepancies
and ensure on-time delivery
Handle shortages escalations
customer communications and supply allocation
Manage delivery precisions for global supply sites
Manage and coordinate shipment instructions to forwarders
Customer sample management
Report FPM Revenue projection for global supply sites
Support customer RMA handling
Inside sales coordination
Overall responsibility to the processes within the Order & Delivery
Lead and coordinate work in the function
Continuously improve and develop processes within the function
coach and motivate teams to achieve business goals
Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales Operation and Planning
