Reporting to the Order and Delivery Manager, the Order and Delivery Officer role involves… assure order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment, drive improvements on order schedule improvements to meet customer request dates with correct products and right quantity. Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives. What a typical day looks like: * Business Analysis based on customer forecast , ODM demand and open backlog for supply sites revenue projection and priority allocation if required. * Drive supply sites ERP system order to cash setup align with central team standard. * Customer service, act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment) * Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including sales order analysis , order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination * Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms * Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies (e.g., delays, shortages), and ensure on-time delivery to clients. * Customer escalation channel, handle shortages escalations, customer communications and supply allocation base on different customers’ demands * Manage delivery precisions
