Ability to lead large, complex airport or infrastructure programs with multiple stakeholders, Proficiency in ORAT planning, governance, and delivery across diverse operational workstreams, Ability to analyze operational readiness challenges and develop practical, risk-based solutions, Aptitude for managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing clear, decision-ready reporting, understanding of the aviation industry and holistic airport operations

Develop and manage workstream plans
Identify dependencies
Ensure operational plans meet performance objectives
Lead the development and execution of trials
Validate space readiness

Team & Collaboration
Engage stakeholders and establish ORAT workstreams and working groups; Lead the development and execution of trials, transition, logistics, and opening strategies in collaboration with stakeholders; Coach, mentor, and support the development of client and stakeholder teams
Communication Scope
providing clear, decision-ready reporting
Process & Methodology
Develop and manage workstream plans aligned with the overall ORAT program and countdown schedule, Identify dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues, and escalate threats to the ORAT Lead as required
