The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Siebel CRM solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data modeling, and integration with other enterprise systems. **Job Title** -Oracle Siebel Functional Architect **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design and development of Siebel applications, ensuring scalability and performance. * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of Siebel solutions. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Manage Siebel configurations, workflows, and integrations with other systems. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within the Siebel environment. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. * 8 to 12 years of experience in Siebel CRM, with a strong focus on technical architecture and implementation. * In-depth knowledge of Siebel tools, scripting, and administration. * Experience with integration technologies such as EAI, EIM, and Java web services. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
