Previous Consulting experience in Human Capital Management or in-house consulting in an Payroll capacity, Participated in client workshops, Hands on experience in implementation and technical support, Creation of documentation and training materials, Knowledge transfer to clients, Training of super users, Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization, Superior detail orientation, Organization skills, Analytical skills, Maintain Oracle certifications and qualifications
What You'll Do.
Gather requirements from the client on their HCM requirements especially Payroll and broader business requirements and how they align to Oracle functionality
Work with our team to configure the Oracle solution to meet the customers’ Payroll related and broader HCM requirements
Help clients and systems team test the Oracle solution
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Oracle solution
Recommend best practices to solve complex client requirements
Assist in developing functional specification for reports and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve of testing errors and issues in configuration
documentation or the user's lack of experience
Maintain Oracle certifications and qualifications
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
