Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in patient registration workflows within Oracle Health (formerly Cerner), Lead design, configuration, optimization, and implementation of registration solutions, Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered registration processes, Act as the SME for Oracle Health Registration, including patient access, scheduling integration, and front-end workflows, Lead requirements gathering, workflow design, and solution configuration for registration modules, Configure and optimize Oracle Health Registration (e.
, Patient Access, PM Office, or equivalent), Analyze current-state workflows and recommend process improvements and best practices, Support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects, Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, payer rules, etc.
