Full Job Description

• 6–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance. • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Absence Mgmt, Payroll, OTBI, Compensation. • Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking. • Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL. • Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills. • Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities. • Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Benefits. • Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training. • Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL.
