What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 6 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusion, Proven experience troubleshooting and maintaining technical components in Oracle Fusion Financials Modules, Proficiency in Oracle's technical toolset, including BI Publisher and OTBI, Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and maintaining integrations, Solid understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model, Command of SQL and PL/SQL, Experience with data loaders like FBDI
Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud certifications (e. g. , Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), Experience with Groovy script for custom page development, Familiarity with a ticketing system like ServiceNow or Jira

Resolving technical issues
Troubleshooting integrations and reports
Performing routine maintenance tasks
Serving as a technical expert for the business
Ensuring the stability
and integrity of the Oracle Fusion environment
Responding to and resolving technical incidents and service requests
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to integrations
and system performance
Performing root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues
Logging and managing Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support
Providing ongoing technical support for custom reports built with BI Publisher
and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
Maintaining and troubleshooting existing integrations built with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
and other integration methods
Performing minor technical enhancements and customizations
Executing data corrections and data uploads
Monitoring and managing scheduled jobs and concurrent programs
Assisting in the planning and execution of technical tasks for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
Performing regression testing of technical components after updates or patches
Maintaining and updating technical documentation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand and resolve end-to-end business process issues with a technical component; Work with cross-functional IT teams to support integrations and maintain system integrity; Communicate technical resolutions clearly and effectively to non-technical users and business stakeholders

This role is a critical part of the support team, focusing on resolving technical issues, troubleshooting integrations and reports, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The consultant will serve as a technical expert for the business, ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of the Oracle Fusion environment.
