What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and application support, Expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules, In-depth understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes, Experience configuring HCM Security, Data Roles, Duty Roles, Privileges, and approval workflows, Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fast Formulas, Experience developing and supporting HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, Exposure to HCM Data Loader (HDL), data migration activities, Working knowledge of OTBI reporting and analytics capabilities, Basic SQL knowledge, Experience supporting production environments, application maintenance, and AMS engagements, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional project teams
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global implementations and multi-country HR processes is an added advantage, Flexible and adaptable mindset
What You'll Do.
Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
and translate business requirements into functional
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Perform functional setups including workforce structures
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs)
