**Guru Hits** is hiring an **Oracle EPM Principle Consultant **(8–10 years experience) to support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation and digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM modules, working closely with Finance, FP&A, and executive stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes while maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** \- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM modules. \- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders. \- Analyze business requirements and design scalable EPM planning and reporting solutions. \- Perform advanced system configuration across EPM applications. \- Implement and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. \- Support integration between Oracle EPM, ERP Financials, and other enterprise systems. \- Configure and manage financial data models, metadata, and business rules. \- Review and validate data integration processes and financial reconciliations. \- Prepare full functional documentation (BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, Setup Documents). \- Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-live activities. \- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution. \- Act as client-facing lead for the EPM stream. \- Guide and review deliverables of junior consultants. **Requirements** 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / Oracle ERP implementations. \- Strong experience in Oracle EPM modules including: Planning / Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) / Account Reconciliation / Narrative Reporting / Profitability & Cost Management (PCM). \- At least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations. \- Solid understanding of:Financial Planning & Budgeting / Financial Consolidation / Financial Reporting / Forecasting / Financial Close processes. \- Experience in conducting requirement
