Primary Requirements : * 10 years of experience in managing and delivering Oracle EPM Projects * Should demonstrate extensive technical and functional expertise in implementation of FCCS * Expert in design, implementation and understanding of Multi-GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, Allocations and consolidation concepts * Expert in (but not limited to) FCCS configurations, business rules , reports development, form design, Ownership Management and User Management * Proficient in designing Integrations using CDM (Cloud Data Management) * Should be able to work in high pressure environment with excellent process control driven methods * Should be able to analyze current systems and recognize the need for system enhancements or modifications as necessary * Strong understanding of all Finance business processes supported by out of the box capabilities of EPM Modules – FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS * Should have experience in Implementation of other EPM Products - ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS * Must be good at writing SQL scripts and working with SmartView * Minimum 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred * Goes without saying the candidate has to be a team player with very good attitude and experience working with Global teams * Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments * Should collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal and external teams Additional Requirements : * Financial Services and Consulting experience with large accounting firms is highly desired * Desired experience with Go-live preparation, cut-over and hyper care support * Strong verbal and written communication to be able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building rapport and confidence Tools/SOFTWARE * Oracle FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS * SmartView * SQL Queries # **About State Street** Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
