What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of proven experience in large-scale Oracle ERP business transformation and implementation as a delivery leader, Completed at least 3 Oracle ERP transformations for clients in various industries, including multi-pillar implementations, In-depth understanding of the ERP and business challenges faced by clients, and proven ability to deliver innovative business and technical solutions to meet these challenges, Experience as a delivery leader or solution architect for Oracle Cloud cross-pillar engagements (ERP with HCM, or ERP with SCM) is a must, Effective communication that appreciates the nuances between technical and non-technical audiences, Demonstrated experience communicating effectively to senior client stakeholders and executives, written and oral communication skills, combined with quality mindset, to lead complex RFP responses for large Oracle Cloud engagements
Nice to Have
Certification in Oracle Cloud applications or equivalent experience is highly desired
