Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including functional, system integration, regression, and performance testing for enterprise applications. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure complete coverage of business and technical requirements. Supervise testing teams and ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations. Collaborate closely with clients, business users, and implementation teams to translate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into test strategies. Work with automation engineers to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for regression and system testing. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business stakeholders and ensuring readiness of test environments. Monitor, maintain, and report testing metrics while driving continuous improvements in product quality and testing efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred. Minimum 4+ years of experience in software testing within consulting or product development environments. Strong experience in both manual and automated testing, including test automation frameworks. Solid understanding of software testing processes, deliverables, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts for test validation and data verification. Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and exposure to test management tools such as ALM. Strong client-facing and communication skills with experience working across distributed/global teams. Preferred experience with Oracle Utilities applications, particularly Customer Information System (CIS), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM). Exposure to automation or development technologies such as JavaScript, C#, .NET, VB.NET, or PL/SQL is a plus. Bene
