It’s time to look at Taylor. **Your Opportunity:** Taylor Corporation is looking for an**Oracle Applications Systems Analyst** to join our support team for our Oracle Cloud environment! This role will be critical for support, troubleshooting, and validation of our integration environment. This role will be responsible for support of Oracle and non-Oracle system integrations. The ideal candidate has experience with both Microsoft SQL Server as well as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). **Work Authorization:** To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. **Your Responsibilities:** * Serve as a member of the technical support team supporting Oracle and ancillary systems * Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems * Respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and assist users in resolving their issues * Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support * Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting steps * Perform technical testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing * Manage conflicting priorities, including post-production support **You Must Have:** * 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role * Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server * Experience with Oracle In
