Eligibility Requirements

travel to other locations may be required, frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), standing (50%), regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, fine motor skills, full use of hands, constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred

What You'll Do.

Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support

Comply with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA

Practice urgency at all times placing value on a patient’s time

as well as the doctor’s time and schedule

Operate manual lensometer

autorefractor/keratometer

Follow scripting for testing equipment (photos

Clean all examination equipment including tonometer tip

Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous

professional manner at all time

General office duties and cleaning to be assigned by manager

Consistently creating a positive work environment by being team-oriented and patient-focused

Commitment to work hours that meet the needs of the business which may include weekends

schedule changes or an extended schedule
