Travel to other locations may be required, Work hours that meet the needs of the business which may include weekends, schedule changes or an extended schedule, Physical requirements: frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%), with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, Fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, Constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States, High school diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred

Assist in providing a world class Total Patient Experience
Handle a wide range of duties
Use optical equipment to perform initial testing
Prepare patient for exam with Optometrist
Embrace and execute Total Patient Experience
Build relationships with all patients
Deliver great medical support
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Practice urgency at all times
Operate manual lensometer
Operate auto-lensometer
Operate autorefractor/keratometer
Operate retinal camera
Follow scripting for testing equipment
Clean all examination equipment
Perform general office duties
