Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, physics, or equivalent, 4+ years of hands-on experience in assembly, integration, and test of aerospace hardware, Demonstrated experience executing qualification test campaigns for aerospace or defense hardware, Experience tracking and coordinating lab tasks using ticketing or project management tools
Nice to Have
Experience with fiber optic splicing, termination, polishing, and characterization, Experience with opto-mechanical assembly, laser beam characterization, interferometry, or precision optical measurement techniques, Experience working in cleanroom or controlled laboratory environments, Familiarity with satellite, aerospace, or defense optical systems and associated quality standards, Exposure to FRACAS or structured failure investigation and root cause analysis processes, Experience supporting automated test sequences or system characterization routines
