Must Have

Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Previous medical office experience, Previous ophthalmic experience, ABO and NCLE certifications

Maximize retail sales

Support patients’ medical needs

Dispense and fit glasses

Dispense contact lenses

Connect patient's needs to goods and services

Build relationships with all patients

Deliver great medical support

Determine patient wants and needs

Sell to exceed expectations

Assist patients in selecting frames

Coordinate frames with style and color

Educate and recommend specific lenses

Recommend lens coatings

Dispense patient orders

Repair patient frames

Adjust patient frames
