What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year interacting with customers/patients, Provide proof of identity and right to work
Nice to Have
Previous ophthalmic experience strongly preferred, ABO certification preferred, NCLE certification preferred

Dispense and fit glasses
Dispense and fit contacts
Connect patient needs to goods and services
Build relationships with all patients
Deliver great medical support
Determine patient wants and needs
Sell to exceed expectations
Assist patients in selecting frames
Coordinate frames with style and color
Coordinate frames with facial measurements
Coordinate frames with eye measurements
Coordinate frames with optical prescriptions
Operate the auto-lensometer
Operate the manual lensometer
Educate on specific lenses
Recommend specific lenses
Educate on lens coatings
Recommend lens coatings
Dispense patient orders
Repair patient frames
Adjust patient frames
Dispense all glasses orders
Dispense contact lens orders
