Position is for Shift A. _**Job Description**_ * Collaborates with plant maintenance leadership to develop preventative maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and optimize labor utilization. * Assists with Team member Trainings and Skill Validations. * Supports the Management Team to develop preventative downtime associated to defects. Also continuously improving on reducing the downtime. * Responsible for achieving adequate recovery rates in collaboration with team members. * Assists Quality Control Team on achieving AQL on defect specifications. * Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant operations and maintenance crews. * Supports and executes plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve the plant’s key performance goals for overall maintenance performance and Quality Downtime. * As
