Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physcis, Telecommunications, or related field or equivalent experience, 3+ years of hands-on experience with optical and/or electrical component and system design, 3 years of experience developing IC/PCB layout, foundry design files, and EDA tools, 2+ years of experience developing electronic or photonic integrated components
Nice to Have
Master's degree and 3+ years of industry or academic research experience, Experience with optical transceivers development, Expertise in hardware and systems design, Experience with design and manufacturing pluggable optics (i. e SFP, SFP+, QSFP, QSFP-DD, OSFP), Experience working in hyperscale cloud, AI or high-performance computing environments, Experience working with ODM and CM suppliers of Optical Modules
