5-7 years of experience in operations, consulting, supply chain, industrial engineering, process improvement, or a related field, analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets SQL is a plus), Hands-on approach with willingness to spend time on the warehouse floor, Ability to travel as needed to support areas of responsibility.
