Provides support to providers which includes documentation in patient charts as required and directed for patient care

Organizes and stocks rooms for daily clinical activities

Completes IVI (intravitreal injection) prep for patients

Facilitates motility exams

Supports Virtual Care encounters and exams

Performs imaging including but not limited to fundus photos

Acts as a super-user for technology implementations

and training initiatives

Acts as preceptor and trainer for team members

Serves as a lead technician providing oversight to clinical teams when assigned
