What You'll Do.
Perform essential duties for Plastic Pour Bottle Packing
Maintain steady flow of bottles on packing conveyor
Develop operational understanding for all department equipment
Set-up machine parameters per operating procedures
Perform line clearance
Perform quality checks
Perform material movement
Perform required mechanical adjustments to equipment
Enter production data in applicable systems
Report abnormalities and corrective action to supervision
Follow Good Documentation Practices
Assist with analysis/trending of performance data
Participate in and complete all required training
Participate in the training of new personnel
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Participate in Lean exercises
Maintain good housekeeping in the working area
Lead 6S responsibilities
Perform job duties as Material Handler
Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by
