What You'll Do.

Perform essential duties for Plastic Pour Bottle Packing

Maintain steady flow of bottles on packing conveyor

Develop operational understanding for department equipment

Set-up machine parameters per operating procedures

Perform line clearance

Perform quality checks

Perform material movement

Perform required mechanical adjustments to equipment

Use blueprints to ensure product acceptability

Use specifications to ensure product acceptability

Use Bill of Materials to ensure product acceptability

Use Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product acceptability

Enter production data in applicable systems

Report abnormalities to supervision

Report corrective action to supervision

Follow Good Documentation Practices

Assist with analysis of performance data

Assist with trending of performance data

Participate in required training

Complete all required training

Participate in training of new personnel

Participate in continuous improvement efforts

Participate in Lean exercises

Maintain good housekeeping in working area

Lead 6S responsibilities

Perform job duties as Material Handler

Cover department absences

Perform other duties as determined by supervision
