This role **supports manufacturing** , quality, and **delivery goals** by ensuring products meet exact customer and **safety specifications** in a fast‑paced production environment. **Your Tasks** * Retrofit and modify automotive components according to customer specifications, work instructions, and engineering change notices. * Assemble, install, or replace parts using hand tools, fixtures, and other production equipment. * Follow standardized work, visual aids, and quality requirements to ensure compliance with customer and internal standards. * Perform inspections and quality checks to verify correct installation and functionality of retrofitted components. * Document production activities and retrofitting completion using shop floor systems or production logs. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe
