As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence. _**What You’ll Do**_ * Operate and monitor production equipment across processes such as drying, freezing, grinding, sifting, and packaging while maintaining safety and efficiency. * Set up, assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment and work areas between production runs. * Load, unload, transfer, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production process. * Perform quality checks, including CCP verifications, and identify and escalate any product or process issues. * Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and participate in safety meetings and training. * Support team operations by communicating effectively, assisting with training, and preparing for upcoming production needs. _**What You’ll Bring**_ * At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. * High school diploma or GED required. * Basic reading, writing, and math skills, with the ability to accurately track counts, weights, and inventory. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and safe
