Must Have

3 years’ experience operating excavators, 3 years’ experience operating wheel loaders, Full, clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence, W, T & F endorsements, Reasonable physical fitness, High personal drive, Ability to work autonomously, Technical and analytical mindset, Ability to learn quickly, Excellent communication skills, Excellent numeracy, Effective time management skills, Flexibility to work extended hours, Willingness to work outdoors, Full commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality principles

Nice to Have

Class 4 licence diserable, Composting industry experience
