What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance of product level
Ensure proper operating parameters for filler
Perform preventative maintenance
Maintain the downtime report
Ensure commodities are released prior to usage
Perform CIL on equipment
Perform visual equipment inspections
Conduct fill weight checks
Ensure proper cleaning methods are used
Clean seamer product filters
Clean filler room floors and walls
Ensure proper FP tank hook-up
Meet all safety and housekeeping requirements
Coordinate pre and post shift meetings
Run reports and execute data analysis
Coordinate isolation and line separation events
Batch set up and communication in EBR
Work order distribution and reprints
QA communications for batch release
Drive ideas and continuous improvement
