What You'll Do.
Initiate batch paperwork
Perform production inspections every two hours
Monitor multiple molding machines
Generate batch labels using the MMS system
Initial all labels used to pack parts
Record hourly production
Input visual results for ISCAPS into the Infinity
Load the conveyor with trays when operating the
Sort trays for packing
Weigh count production
Accurately label the production
Call out abnormalities
Report corrective action
Call out corrective action
Responsible for accurate documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices
Participate in and complete all required training
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Participate in Lean exercises
Maintain good housekeeping
Perform 6S responsibilities
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring multiple molding machines while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. ## **Your Team** Cleveland’s technology and automation is cutting edge. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly.
