Must Have

0 - 1 years of experience in mechanics, electronics, troquelaría or other activity related to the operation of automatic or semi-automatic equipment, Associate Degree or equivalent in mechanics, electronics, troquelaría, Knowledge in Measurement (Caliper, Micrometer, Ruler, etc.), Ability to analyze and distinguish malfunction situations to identify possible causes and solutions, Identify deviations in process parameters, Stop machinery if necessary

Operate automatic and/or semi-automatic machinery in manufacturing processes

Perform adjustments and repairs as needed for optimal

Control machinery operation within established parameters

Observe manufacturing process and control panels

Make adjustments to controls or repairs when necessary

Notify of machine or equipment conditions affecting function

Supply materials to assigned machines

Coordinate and monitor material usage

Perform set-up for code changes

Comply with operation standards

and corrective maintenance

and lubrication of machinery

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) within established time

Maintain and secure provided tools

Consult and participate in process analysis

Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements

Participate in process improvement activities
