What You'll Do.
Prepare and clean surfaces
Safely handle and dispose of chemicals
Operate and monitor plating equipment
Ensure quality (GMP) and FDA regulatory performance
Complete DHR and SAP paperwork
Maintain accurate records of plating processes
Successfully complete training modules
Demonstrate proficiency in assigned duties
Introduce and train on Kanban/material movement processes
Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams
Develop and improve plating processes
Resolve any issues that arise during production
Maintain department equipment in working order
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to 6S standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plating equipment
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Participate in safety training
Promote a culture of safety
Contributes to zero harm in the workplace
Complying with legal and corporate (EHS) requirements

Participate in identifying actions to prevent harm
Ensure compliance with government regulations
