Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **JOB SUMMARY** Advance operator that can be assigned to and work center in the facility and successfully operate the equipment **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Perform the duties of the Operator position which include but not limited to: -Visually monitor the molding process to ensure proper procedure, pack parts from injection molding and assembly machines and inspect general product quality and packaging to ensure they meet specifications. · Ability to change and stock materials at the machine (bags, daily supplies, etc.) · Employee will work in concert with the Operator III ensuring safe and efficient production. · Employee will read, comprehend, and maintain the operating policies and procedures of the company as well as the requirements specified by FDA, OSHA, and other governmental agencies. · Employee will read and comprehend instructions and written procedures. · Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives. · Other responsibilities may be assigned from time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position. · Fosters teamwork within the company: Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments. · Completes all required training as assigned · Conducts all job functions in a safe manner **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing role in a similar industry/environme
