Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Ability to effectively communicate, Flexibility to troubleshoot and triage challenges, Computer proficiency (desktop software, MS office)
Nice to Have
STEM degree or certifications, Aseptic filling experience, Single use assemblies experience, Isolator technology experience, Automated inspection experience, Semi-automated inspection experience, Manual inspection experience, Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs), Experience in operations or manufacturing environments, Pharmaceutical industry experience, Medical device industry experience, Food processing industry experience, Manufacturing Execution Systems experience, Electronic batch release experience, Continuous improvement experience, Lean methodologies experience, Six Sigma methodologies experience, Highly automated equipment experience, SAP experience, Electronic Batch Records experience, Leadership experience, Ability to train/educate team members
