Assist in packaging quality products
Operating and cleaning filling and packaging equipment
Daily operation of multiple high-speed filling and packaging machines
and sanitation of all related equipment
Work in a safe manner
Submit work orders and maintain equipment
Consistently meet production efficiencies and targets
Complete paperwork as per government regulations
Safely operate all assigned equipment
Compliance with all plant safety policies
Responsible for general plant cleanliness
Reports all safety concerns/incidents promptly
Assist in facilitation of training

Job Summary: The Operator I is responsible to safely and efficiently assist in packaging quality products in a manner that is consistent with HP Hood LLC standards. The Operator I will be proficient /qualified as a Filler Operator and/or Line Leader. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning filling and packaging equipment. Daily operation of multiple high-speed filling and packaging machines in a production setting to include the startup, shutdown, and sanitation of all related equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Work in a safe manner in compliance with Federal, State and company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOP, and administrative policies. Submit work orders and maintain equipment. Consistently meet production efficiencies and targets. Keep accurate logs, paperwork and charts. Complete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.
