What You'll Do.
supporting the daily operations of the centralized Call Center

Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner using the call management platform
Create tickets in Navigating Cancer
selecting the appropriate incident type
and directing it to the appropriate clinic
Transfer appropriate calls in the correct manner to the designated number
Perform other duties as assigned
