Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 4-on-4-off, alternating days/nights, Willing to work overtime and holidays as needed, Must be willing to work overtime and holidays as needed, Current, valid US driver’s license (required to operate yard trucks), Ability to work legally in the United States, No visa sponsorship/support is available, Wearing safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, safety shoes and respirators, Performing frequent bending, reaching, and lifting, Working in tight or closed-in spaces, Elevated work greater than or equal to four feet above the ground, Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300lbs, Standing or walking for extended periods of time, Maneuvering drums and powder bags using available ergonomic assistance equipment, No relocation assistance offered, Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position

The Dow Hayward Site is part of the Dow Coating Materials business, producing paint, adhesives, and other products. **About you and this role:** As an operator, you are responsible for transferring our product around the plant. You run our water treatment facilities, too. You’ll operate equipment including pumps, valves, filters, and instrumentation. You’ll occasionally troubleshoot and repair failed equipment, so you need to be a good problem-solver. You play a key role in the production of our product. You can work with a team, but you are always accountable for your own productivity. Are you looking for a job you can grow in?
