Process Technician Certification, relevant Associate degree, military experience, Chemical manufacturing experience, Control system experience, Aspen Process Explorer experience, Fork truck or forklift certification, Mechanical, maintenance, or heavy machinery experience, Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel

The Dow Hayward Site is part of the Dow Coating Materials business, producing paint, adhesives, and other products. **About you and this role:** As an operator, you are responsible for transferring our product around the plant. You run our water treatment facilities, too. You’ll operate equipment including pumps, valves, filters, and instrumentation. You’ll occasionally troubleshoot and repair failed equipment, so you need to be a good problem-solver. You play a key role in the production of our product. You can work with a team, but you are always accountable for your own productivity. Are you looking for a job you can grow in?
