POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Admixture Operator is responsible for various tasks to maintain an efficient plant including production and batching of Sika’s liquid admixture products, testing and wastewater, performing quality control of the products, preparing, loading and shipping products, planning and coordinating product orders and general housekeeping tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES * Producing Sika liquid admixture products by following Sika’s procedures and formulas * Batching by adding material into the mixer and mixing the material according to Sika’s specified processes and keeping accurate records * Washing and loading tanker trucks in preparation for shipping bulk orders * Complete accurate trip sheet records * Adapt/react to customer demands/needs as required * Prepare and accurately label pails, drums or totes for shipping of non-bulk orders * Testing samples for quality control purposes according to Sika’s procedures and entering the data into SAP * Communicating any non-conformances to Group Leader or Production Supervisor * Properly labelling and storing product samples * Performing and recording required equipment calibrations * Safe operation of forklift and other plant equipment * Work safely at all
