Operate filling equipment
Operate related equipment
Repair mechanical equipment
Overhaul mechanical equipment
Supervise machine operation
Supervise equipment operation
Follow safety guidelines
Adhere to all safety rules
Determine machine adjustments
Observe machine operation
Detect product defects
Detect machine malfunctions
Identify mechanical issues
Report mechanical issues
Record reasons for downtime
Stop equipment when malfunctions occur
Reset equipment when malfunctions occur
Report impairments to Production Supervisor
Perform periodic product sample weights
Ensure proper fill weight
Ensure quality and conformity of filled products
Replace containers of product
Replenish containers of product
Replace packaging supplies
Replenish packaging supplies
Mount film rolls on spindles
Mount laminate rolls on spindles
Mount mount rolls on spindles
Complete documentation for product quality assurance
Perform minor machine maintenance
Perform minor machine adjustments
Communicate with maintenance personnel
Provide assistance to mechanics
Follow proper Lockout/Tag out procedures
