Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards. Key Responsibilities • Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required • Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met • Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil fins • May assist in training new operators • Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications • Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency • Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE) ## Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred * Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirement
