Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience, 10 years experience in product / project management or marketing power supply industry, Business understanding of Power Strategy, Portfolio and Roadmap and connection to Power Key account and Power different market segments, Expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills, Customer (external and internal) relationship skills, Detailed expertise in very complex functional/ technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple understands the strategic impact of the function across sites, Power electronics technology and product knowledge of Flex Power released product portfolio and Typical customer application, Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents, Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints, Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style, Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to management and public groups, Integrated hardware and software product management, Strategy development, Product definition, Positioning, Product lifecycle management (PLCM) process, Advanced business software skills, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Lead the cross-functional Product Sustaining Team to align operational actions
and ensure the custom power products meet profitability and competitiveness targets
Drive continuous product improvement during the whole sustaining stage
Manage product change operations with sustaining team support: initiate
issue PCR and PCN to formalize improvements
and track implementation
Lead product end-of-life (EOL) operational management: coordinate with BD team to define exit strategies
and oversee the smooth transition of products to EOL
and leverage business intelligence to optimize product positioning
and maintain competitive advantage
Proactively develop operational and product-specific competence

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an **Operative Product Manager** located in **Shenzhen RD Center****.** Reporting to the **Senior Operative Product Manager,** the **Operative Product Manager** role involves… **What a typical day looks like:** • Lead the cross-functional Product Sustaining Team (incl. representatives from R&D, Industrialization, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Production, and Quality) to align operational actions, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure the custom power products meet profitability and competitiveness targets. • Drive continuous product improvement (incl. cost reduction, quality improvement, product/production/supply chain resilience etc.) during the whole sustaining stage. • Manage product change operations with sustaining team support: initiate, review, issue PCR (Product Change Request) and PCN (Product Change Notification) to formalize improvements, and track implementation to ensure compliance with operational standards. • Lead product end-of-life (EOL) operational management: coordinate closely with the BD team to define exit strategies, draft and issue PDN (Product Discontinuation Notice), and oversee the smooth transition of products to EOL (e.g., managing remaining inventory, supporting customer transition plans). • Participate in operational decision-making forums, cross-functional workgroups, and team meetings: contribute insights on product performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunit
