The position includes operating and monitoring milling systems that grind corn cobs into various grades, running pellet mills, handling air lift systems, and troubleshooting equipment such as hammers, screens, and sifters to maintain consistent product flow. Employees are also expected to assist in other areas of the facility as needed, supporting overall operations during changing production demands.
