Must Have
Diploma or Degree holder, minimum of 2-5 years of related experience, Flexibility and willingness to work in shift-based schedules, Proven experience in manufacturing operations training, Proven experience in class facilitation, Proven experience in On-the-Job Training, Ability to coach and educate operators, Ability to ensure safe manufacturing execution, Ability to ensure compliant manufacturing execution, Ability to ensure efficient manufacturing execution, Experience conducting competency assessments, Experience conducting skill evaluation, Experience conducting post-transfer performance monitoring, Good communication skills, Good interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Ability to manage multiple training priorities, Ability to adapt to operational needs, Ability to support ad-hoc assignments, Detail-oriented, Adaptability-oriented mindset
What You'll Do.
Conduct classroom orientation and operations training
Lead On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Provide structured coaching to new operators
Perform post-transfer skill monitoring
Perform competency assessments
Plan and deliver Quality Refresher Training
Deliver AR&R Effectiveness training
Conduct operator certification
Conduct annual re-certification
Maintain operator training matrices
Update operator skill records
Ensure administration of training documentations
Perform additional duties
How You'll Work.

Interact with production floor management; Provide training support to management; Share inputs with management; Make recommendations to management; Provide feedback to management; Engage with supervisors; Engage with engineers; Engage with managers
